GHIN
Log in with your GHIN details and Two Putt will keep your group's Handicap Indexes up to date on its own. Your login is stored on the server, encrypted, so it can sign in to GHIN for you whenever a sync needs a fresh session. Disconnect deletes it.
Be clear about what this is: GHIN does not issue limited tokens. A login that can read your Index can also post and delete scores on your record. It is used here only to read Indexes, and it is deleted after 90 days without a sync, or the moment you disconnect.

Your groups are not deleted. They carry on with the same links and the same seasons, just without an owner — so anyone in the group can claim one later. You lose only the ability to recover or roll those links.
